Repairs and new steps

We had to lift out fora few days for the damaged guardrail to be repaired. The original plan had been to get Beaulieu Engineering based at Hythe to do the job in the marina  outside their workshop. However MDL wanted double the amount I had paid to have her lifted out for the generator to be installed in the MDL marina at Cobbs Quay. This was insurance blackmail! SO I arranged for Teal to lift out at Marchwood. This incurred a small extra mobilisation charge, but the savings were massive. It also allowed Mike Gurney to get on board and fit th new half steps that enabled Dairne to  move around the boat with greater ease.
