The ultimate classic cruising book.  Eric and Susan Hiscock sailed twice round the world in Wanderer III, a 33ft wooden Laurent Giles design. That was mainly in the 1950s and 1960s. No GPS, no chart plotters, no fridge, and cotton sails. Having had all that experience, the Hiscocks built Wanderer IV, a ketch, and sailed to New Zealand where they retired. What sensible people!

Condition fair.
