Description
Boso boat hook. An ingenious device for attaching to a cleat or buoy from on board. However, the core of the rope has been removed from the first 2m so it cannot be full strength, so must be regarded as a temporary attachment. To release, pull the line that passes through the core of the tope, and hook flies open, so it can be released from on board.
